Park Lane College to receive Partnership Certificate
Maxine Room, the Principal for Park Lane College, Leeds/Keighley has pledged Park Lane College’s support for VETNET LLN
I am awaiting a quiet moment to visit and present the certificate to the college. Park Lane College along with Huddersfield Technical College (shortly to become Kirklees College) were the first to independently meet to discuss student progression, as a result Laura Overton and Stephen Finney have given additional talks to students about the progression opportunities to students within the area.
It is great to have Park Lane as an official member of VETNET LLN with Dr Ruth Lawson and Laura Overton forging ahead with promoting the HE progression opportunities available within their college, something that the courses will do for themselves as soon as students hear of the South Africa study trip included in one of the foundation degrees – lucky Park Lane students in Animal Collections Management!
