Accepting a Partnership Certificate is a breeze - Northumberland College join VETNET LLN
On a slightly blustery day Stewart Deas (Head of HE) and Paul Conlin (Curriculum Manager for Land-based) accepted the VETNET LLN partnership certificate on behalf of Northumberland College at their land-based Campus at Kirkley Hall.
Great plans are afoot for Northumberland College at Kirkley Hall and VETNET LLN hopes to support activity designed to enhance progression opportunities for vocational learners through providing funds for projects.
Many ideas were discussed at a meeting with Paul Conlin and Stewart Deas (pictured) with other members of the team including Judith McCowie, Paul Malone and Alistair Parkin. We look forward to seeing the bids and supporting this college who are definitely on the move.
To become an official member of the VETNET LLN network please contact Catherine Bertenshaw, Regional Manager. This will enable funds to be released for projects, we ask that institutions in return support the work to increase progression opportunities for vocational learners in the animal sectors by encouraging staff to apply for funds and discuss progression accords. We also ask that you put a return link on your website to the www.vetnetlln.ac.uk where we advertise your courses through CAVE (Courses in Animal and Veterinary Education) search tool.
